Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Asset Manager to join a growing and thriving, value add, private real estate investment firm. Reporting into the Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for driving performance in a UK wide cross-sector portfolio including offices, industrial, logistics, life science and some living assets too.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving performance in a UK wide cross-sector portfolio including offices, industrial, logistics, life science and some living assets
  • holistic asset management across leasing, development, lease renewals, rent reviews, leading Capex projects, overseeing external property managers, ESG and input to investment decisions
  • taking a strategic approach to asset management
  • focusing not only on the quick-wins but maximising value in the longer-term

Requirements:

  • RICS qualified with between 3 - 7 years PQE
  • clientside Asset Management experience
  • ideally cross sector experience in commercial asset classes
  • alternatively strong Office AM experience with a willingness to broaden into other sectors
  • demonstrate both creative and commercial thinking in challenging strategy and delivering business plans
  • excellent communication and attitude
  • able to work individually and as part of a wider team

  • Take full ownership of assigned investments and lead the execution of business plans, including leasing strategies, capital projects, ESG initiatives, and value-add activities
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and operating partners
  • Manage internal and external valuation processes, working closely with Finance, operating partners and external valuers, and present recommendations to the Valuation Committee
