This hire replaces a high-performing Senior Asset Manager and offers the chance to step into a visible, high-responsibility role within an ambitious and entrepreneurial team. Job Responsibility

  • Asset manage a diverse portfolio across retail, industrial, office and residential assets
  • Lead on rent reviews, lease renewals, regears and negotiations
  • Drive void strategy and leasing initiatives
  • Identify and execute value-enhancement opportunities
  • Oversee refurbishments, capex projects and asset repositioning strategies
  • Work closely with in-house PM & FM teams to optimise asset performance
  • Contribute to acquisition underwriting and integration of new investments
  • Engage with agents, tenants and local stakeholders

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified (minimum 2 years PQE)
  • Technically strong with solid landlord & tenant expertise
  • Commercially astute and entrepreneurial
  • A confident negotiator
  • A proactive problem solver
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • 4–6 years’ experience (minimum 2 years PQE)
