Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading real estate investment manager with a long-standing track record of acquiring, developing, and operating retail assets across Southeast markets. The firm manages a diversified portfolio and is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to own and drive business plan execution across a portfolio of institutional-quality assets. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with ownership across the full investment lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead asset-level business plan execution from acquisition through disposition
  • Drive NOI growth through revenue optimization and expense management
  • Oversee property management, leasing, and other third-party partners
  • Partner with Acquisitions and Development on underwriting, due diligence, and IC materials
  • Lead lease-up, stabilization, and long-term hold strategy for development and value-add assets
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend strategic plan adjustments
  • Review budgets, capital plans, financial reporting, and valuation models
  • Manage disposition process, including timing, broker selection, and execution
  • Prepare investor and internal reporting on asset performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real estate asset management experience
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, financial modeling, and real estate capital markets
  • Experience working across acquisitions, development, and operating assets
  • Proven ability to manage third-party operators and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to be in-market and travel regularly
