Our Asset Strategies team within our Water Group is growing, presenting terrific opportunities for a talented Asset Management Engineers . We are looking for intermediate to senior-level consultant to join our Queensland team based in Brisbane. Alternatively, we are also happy for you to be located in our Gold Coast office.
Job Responsibility:
Contributing to the development of frameworks, plans, reports and tools for various stages of the asset lifecycle
Conducting asset condition assessments, particularly for water and wastewater assets
Undertaking asset data collection and analysis
Developing unit rate models for assets and performing asset valuations
Developing financial models for assets
Sustaining existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities where appropriate
Undertaking research and investigation to determine commercial solutions for clients
Undertaking project management and delivery, ensuring work is of a technically high standard and delivered within time and budget constraints
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or another relevant discipline
Demonstrated experience in asset management and the provision of infrastructure advisory services
Well-developed report writing skills
Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
Research skills and the ability to interact with and deliver technical information to clients
Have full Australian Working rights
Nice to have:
A dual qualification in Business Management, Finance or Economics is favourable
Experience with water and wastewater assets is favourable
