Currently, we are seeking a Senior Asset Coordinator. This position requires strong technical and administrative skills necessary to perform Asset Management functions. The primary focus of this position centers on providing the management, processing, shipping and tracking of client assets utilizing client procedures and applications.
Job Responsibility:
Process the disposal of assets at the Client’s direction, following all Client and JLL procedures and practices
Accurate tracking of all asset information using Client applications and databases
Responsibility for ensuring that assets are processed in a timely manner
Accurate record keeping of asset disposition
Resolve asset disposal processing problems/issues
Coordinating with Client employees to arrange the pickup and transportation of assets
Demonstrate and enforce safety rules and behaviors
Identify, enforce, and assess safety hazards and risks
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or state equivalent
Minimum of two years of college or related industry experience
Ability to perform all work using the proper personnel protective equipment (PPE)
In strict accordance, ability to perform all applicable safety policies, procedures, and practices
Ability to operate a forklift safely
Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Good oral and written communication skills and very detail oriented
This position requires frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting and stooping, including: Walking large, campus-like settings
Lifting a maximum of 50 lbs
Operating a forklift/pallet jack for extended periods
Manually loading/sorting items onto pallets or into containers
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
