Job Description

Take full ownership of a high-value property portfolio and shape a strategy that drives long-term growth. Turn complex acquisitions, developments and ESG ambitions into measurable value. Report to the Director of Estates and lead a high-impact freehold and long leasehold hotel portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute short, medium and long-term property strategy
  • Build asset-by-asset business plans
  • Drive strategic asset management from an ownership perspective
  • Oversee yield analysis, valuations and exit options
  • Manage leading external advisers
  • Identify, appraise and deliver new freehold acquisitions
  • Steer board approvals, due diligence and negotiations
  • Lead development and value-extraction initiatives
  • Champion ESG integration across the portfolio
  • Embed sustainability initiatives
  • Manage risk registers
  • Support valuations and refinancing
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and the Property Committee
