Job Responsibility:
Define and execute short, medium and long-term property strategy
Build asset-by-asset business plans
Drive strategic asset management from an ownership perspective
Oversee yield analysis, valuations and exit options
Manage leading external advisers
Identify, appraise and deliver new freehold acquisitions
Steer board approvals, due diligence and negotiations
Lead development and value-extraction initiatives
Champion ESG integration across the portfolio
Embed sustainability initiatives
Manage risk registers
Support valuations and refinancing
Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and the Property Committee
Requirements:
Commercially astute property leader with a strong track record in acquisitions, disposals and development
