Job Description

This is a job which perform professional Skill to deliver high quality semiconductor E-beam machine both in ASML and customer site.

Job Responsibility

  • Calibrates, qualifies and installs ASML's products according to the highest quality standards and world class delivery performance
  • Module Installation
  • Work according planning, and reports to team leader on a daily basis on the progress of the planning
  • Initiate and execute project
  • Understands and explains process issues as well as equipment issues to junior colleagues or towards customers
  • Resolve a large part of issues without assistance
  • Track equipment performance(e.g. interpretation of test results)
  • Prepare technical reports for TS, PE, supervisor and give suggestion of possible solution
  • Coordinate test and integration activities for the complete system
  • Final Assembly of E-Beam in a cleanroom environment
  • Perform system calibration and qualification through functional testing
  • Install SBI and MBI E-beam systems at both ASML factory and customer locations, from unload components, to build and qualifying performance
  • Collaborate with D&E in developing center in SJ and VHV to introduce the prototypes machine and transfer knowledges to Factory
  • Take responsibility for system progress
  • Provide first line technical support on integration of systems, in order to minimize impact on production output
  • Point out recurring problems during assembly, calibration and qualification and contributes to their solution
  • Interface with internal customers on technical issues and improvement proposal
  • Interface with own work center, Manufacturing Engineering and Development and Engineering on complex technical reduction issues and New Product Introduction
  • Transfer knowledge to colleagues on existing and newly introduced products
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise on both products and (SW) tooling
  • Support, motivate and develop
