Job Responsibility

Implement, operate, and continuously mature the FinOps framework across all cloud and SaaS data environments
Establish tagging taxonomy, cost allocation models, and chargeback/showback processes for accurate attribution of SAAS & cloud spend to business units
Define and execute operational strategy for financial data applications, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s enterprise technology roadmap
Implement automation and optimization initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs for financial application support
Monitor KPIs for system uptime, performance, and operational efficiency
