We are currently partnering with a reputable medical device manufacturer that designs and develops advanced surgical technologies. They are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional based in KL / JB who brings deep expertise in the surgical space, specifically within minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
Job Responsibility
Take 100% ownership of the region's sales targets for the MIS portfolio
Build deep, trust-based partnerships with surgeons and OT teams
Autonomously map out, segment, and penetrate both private and government hospitals within your territory
Position yourself as a consultative clinical advisor to the operating theater rather than just a product vendor
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in minimally invasive surgery or operating theater space
Experience independently running a regional territory
Highly comfortable with surgical cases, speaking with surgeons and OT teams about procedures and anatomy
