Job Responsibility:

  • Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
  • Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
  • Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
  • Follow-up the architectural design progress and ensure the sign-off, in order to freeze the design and proceed to next stage of design
  • Participate in in-house design efforts
  • CAD Coordination
  • Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
  • Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity
  • Developing architecture in line with client’s needs
  • Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design
  • Compile project specifications
  • Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion
  • Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports
  • Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards
  • Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Architecture engineering bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must
  • MS office – excellent
  • AutoCAD – Excellent
  • Revit – Excellent
