Job Description:

Senior Architectural Technologist role driving forward high-profile projects and leaving a mark on the built environment. Opportunity to join an ambitious consultancy where technical expertise is celebrated and career will accelerate alongside award-winning work.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the technical delivery of projects from initial design through to construction
Ensure compliance and quality at every stage
Work with clients, contractors, and colleagues to turn concepts into buildable, innovative solutions
Guide and support junior team members

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Senior/Architectural Technologist with experience delivering projects from concept to completion
MCIAT qualification (or working towards)
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
