Job Responsibility

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects from initial design through to construction

  • Guide and support junior team members

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior/Architectural Technologist with experience delivering projects from concept to completion
  • MCIAT qualification (or working towards)
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
