Job Description:

Anderselite are working with a leading employee-owned, carbon-neutral architectural practice looking for an experienced Senior Technologist to join their Cardiff studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in large-scale education or similar projects (£20m+), who can lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery
Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives
Manage client relationships and contribute to project profitability and successful delivery
Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members or outsource partners

Requirements:

Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+)
Strong Revit skills and experience producing 1:5 / 1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings
Experience managing design teams and coordinating consultants
Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively

Nice to have:

Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus, or education sector experience
Experience managing remote/outsourced technical delivery partners
