Job Responsibility:

Managing and leading the team through relevant work stages
managing client portfolio with responsibility for client liaison and project output to agreed programmes
Preparing drawing packages for projects
Preparing tender documentation whilst evaluating all tenders and contracts during a project
Working with the relevant stakeholders to get planning approval

Requirements:

Experience working in an architectural practice with direct client interaction and responsibility for project delivery
Proficient using REVIT
Good project management skills working multiple projects at different RIBA work stages 4 onwards
Demonstrate good knowledge of building regulations and the national building specification
Understand the design aspects of a construction project to consult clients on any issues
CIAT membership would be advantageous
