Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a leading architectural practice on a contract basis in Central Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale leisure project.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
  • Work across RIBA Stages 4-6
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs
  • Utilise Revit to develop technical details
  • Solve technical challenges and coordinate design solutions efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist on large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Experience in leisure, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
