Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage Interior Design team and implement directives from Studio Manager in providing services per scope, budget, and schedule
  • Act as the lead on given elements of a project, managing simple team in-house and coordinating external teams to meet requirements on time and budget
  • Maintain and protect the integrity of a design concept throughout development
  • Implement sustainability strategies
  • Develop project briefs effectively using initiative to analyze options and prioritize alternatives
  • Understand and apply all legislation to a project
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of working drawings
  • Organize sets of presentation and construction documents
  • Develop technical detailing including innovative conditions
  • Respond effectively to construction processes and logistics
  • Contribute to personnel development and staff appraisals
  • Interface with clients and deliver design presentations to clients

Requirements

  • 08+ years of experience in architecture
  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Must fluent in English and professionally work in English
  • Prior experience in international project
  • Be able to quickly learn and integrate into Vietnamese culture and the workflow of the company. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on regulations, especially Vietnam building and fire codes
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Revit/Rhino/3dsmax)
  • Must have a background working on projects during all phases of development, from concept design through completion of construction
  • Effective communicator when describing complex ideas
  • Proficient in project planning, design, and execution, and project management
  • Knowledgeable in building standards and construction detailing
  • Enthusiasm for working on multi-disciplinary and highly collaborative teams

Nice to have

knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software are preferred but not required
