Job Description:

A dynamic and award-winning architectural firm, renowned for its distinctive "signature" style in the Greek real estate market, is seeking a Senior Architect to join its creative hub in Athens. Specializing in high-end residential projects that redefine the city’s skyline, the firm is known for its bold geometric forms, the masterclass use of natural light, and a philosophy that treats every building as a unique piece of functional art.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the architectural design and study process for new multi-story residential buildings
  • Taking full ownership of the end-to-end process for issuing electronic building permits (e-Adeies) via the TEE portal
  • Preparing, submitting, and skillfully managing all documentation for architectural and archaeological committees
  • Ensuring all designs are in absolute compliance with the New Building Regulation (NOK/GOK)
  • Utilizing your professional license to review, validate, and sign off on all architectural studies
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations effectively
  • Producing and overseeing the creation of high-quality technical drawings in AutoCAD
  • Coordinating closely with our internal team and external partners to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Valid professional license to practice as an architect
  • Min 6-7 years of professional experience
  • Excellent, in-depth knowledge of Greek building codes (NOK/GOK)
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD and/or REVIT
  • Strong portfolio (which will be requested during the process) that clearly showcases completed apartment buildings

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of photorealistic rendering or virtual video production
