Job Description:

A long established Kent based Consultancy are seeking a Senior Project Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. You will work across a wide scope of projects, from Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail projects (among others). They have developed their commercial success mainly from repeat business due to their compliant design led projects work, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer to thrive within. The successful Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer will work from a social office, side by side with a team of very experienced Designers and Consultants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages
  • Work across a wide scope of projects, from Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Heritage and Retail projects

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience post ARB registration
  • ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership
  • Proficient at ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs
