Owning end-to-end application support across the application suite including SaaS platforms, Investment Systems, O365 and cloud-based applications (Azure)
Working directly with stakeholders across the business and technology to understand and resolve issues and bugs with business applications, and provide L1-L3 support and user training
Managing third-party vendors to oversee the full incident resolution and service delivery process
Requirements:
5+ years’ prior experience in an Application Support role or similar within Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Management, or Investment Banking)
Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure and using SQL for querying and other complex tasks
Solid experience of supporting SaaS platforms and applications in the Microsoft stack (e.g. Azure, O365)
Excellent proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage the full Application Support cycle
Excellent experience managing third party software vendors
Familiarity with methodologies such as ITIL, Agile and DevOps
