Job Responsibility

  • Owning end-to-end application support across the application suite including SaaS platforms, Investment Systems, O365 and cloud-based applications (Azure)
  • Working directly with stakeholders across the business and technology to understand and resolve issues and bugs with business applications, and provide L1-L3 support and user training
  • Managing third-party vendors to oversee the full incident resolution and service delivery process

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ prior experience in an Application Support role or similar within Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Management, or Investment Banking)
  • Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure and using SQL for querying and other complex tasks
  • Solid experience of supporting SaaS platforms and applications in the Microsoft stack (e.g. Azure, O365)
  • Excellent proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage the full Application Support cycle
  • Excellent experience managing third party software vendors
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as ITIL, Agile and DevOps
