We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, high availability, and optimal performance of our critical enterprise applications, with a particular focus on Wealth applications. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a global environment.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to assess system impacts and document comprehensive support requirements
Lead and manage the resolution of incidents and problems, including prioritization, escalation, and thorough root cause analysis, ensuring timely follow-through to resolution
Drive and champion stability initiatives aimed at achieving high application availability, robust monitoring, effective failover mechanisms, and overall resiliency for Business-As-Usual operations
Oversee and manage change processes, incidents, and problems within a global enterprise context
Provide dedicated application support for Wealth applications and actively participate in release activities, ensuring smooth deployments and post-release stability
Implement, configure, and maintain application and hardware service monitoring using a variety of advanced technologies
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive run books and knowledge-based articles to support efficient operations and problem resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience in production support or application support roles, preferably in a global enterprise environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively
Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting issues and collaborating with stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to application stability, high availability, and resiliency
Experience with Wealth applications is a significant advantage
