Job Description

A growing financial services organization is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications. This fully remote role requires candidates to reside in the Los Angeles area and offers the opportunity to work on complex development projects within a financial systems environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Create technical specifications and documentation
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications and integrations
  • Provide production support and technical guidance on projects
  • Mentor team members and promote development best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of Symitar experience, including SymConnect, SymForm, RepGen, and PowerOn
  • 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, WCF (SOAP/REST), LINQ, Entity Framework, and MVC
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • 5+ years developing and supporting financial applications
  • Strong SQL Server, systems analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
