  • Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and power users working on digital workplace solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams on collaboration, workflow automation, and productivity use cases
  • Own technical documentation, architectural decisions, and platform standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise digital workplace or collaboration platforms
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including architecture, permissions, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Strong hands‑on and technical leadership experience designing and governing low‑code / no‑code solutions at enterprise scale
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity, and access management concepts
  • Ability to design solutions that balance business agility with governance and supportability
  • Strong troubleshooting and production‑support experience
  • Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor others
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating digital workplace platforms with enterprise applications or APIs
  • PowerShell scripting or automation experience
  • Exposure to AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint (e.g., Copilot, intelligent search, content intelligence)
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment
