Automation Enablement is looking for a strong App Builder to deliver low code solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and AI) at cloud scale, to enable our partner teams to reduce toil through fast and reliable solutions built on the power platform system in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot Studio and related platform services
  • Architect secure data models, integration layers, and API connections that enable enterprise-grade automation across distributed systems
  • Integrate AI-enabled capabilities, including intelligent agents and generative components, into low-code solutions where they improve workflow efficiency, decision quality, or user interaction
  • Translate complex business and operational challenges into structured, measurable automation solutions aligned to defined success metrics
  • Own the full lifecycle of solutions from architecture and configuration through deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization in production environments
  • Define and implement governance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards across Automation Enablement solutions
  • Partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and drive execution
  • Lead technical reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to architectural standards that improve development velocity and solution quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology
  • Proven architecting/designing and coding skills
  • Proven use of the Microsoft Power Platform, to include Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents, to build low code solutions to solve business problems
  • Experience building AI solutions and Agents
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects end to end
  • Experience building modern and secure web applications and services on a cloud Platform
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry or equivalent AI development and orchestration platforms
  • Experience operating within cloud or enterprise-scale environments
  • Background in operations, program management, or process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with C#, API integrations, or full-stack web development on cloud platforms
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies
  • 3+ years of C# coding experience or equivalent
  • 2+ years of full stack web development experience on cloud platform
