Job Description:

Our Edmonton client is embarking on a large scale SAP ERP transformation and needs a skilled Business Analyst to join their team for this 12-month initial contract. You will play a central role in reimagining core finance, supply chain, and human resources functions by connecting business needs with technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a modernized enterprise environment while working in a flexible remote setting with occasional office visits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and validation workshops with key stakeholders
  • Analyze business needs to define data structures and security requirements
  • Develop and document project visions and detailed business cases
  • Work with technical teams on the design and implementation of business applications
  • Produce high quality project deliverables within established timelines
  • Review test strategies and plans to ensure full coverage of business requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and system integration phases to resolve defects

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience gathering and documenting complex process flows and requirements
  • Proven track record of translating conceptual needs into functional requirements for technical teams
  • Extensive experience developing test plans and conducting system integration and user testing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using diagrams and process maps to validate business workflows
  • Significant experience with ERP implementations, with a preference for SAP environments
