Job Description:

An opportunity to become part of the world’s fastest-growing sports company has just become available in the Asia Operation. As Quality Engineer - Sr. Specialist, you are responsible for managing the quality at On T1 suppliers in the north of Vietnam operation. As a key member of the globally integrated sourcing team and cross-functional Apparel & Accessories operation, you will be based in the Hanoi Sourcing Office with frequent travel within Vietnam and business abroad upon request.

Job Responsibility:

  • Standardizing the construction and production technology for premium apparel and accessories
  • Evaluate the technical capabilities of suppliers and utilize cutting-edge technology to elevate their capacity to a premium standard
  • Conduct development sample inspections to identify quality issues, assess product safety, evaluate production feasibility, and propose solutions
  • Serve as a pivotal representative for the Quality Assurance team in special projects to launch new products, new processes, and new technologies
  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives in quality to contribute to operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Apparel Technology, Fashion Technology, Garment Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and finishing standards
  • At least 7-10 years’ experience in apparel development and manufacturing
  • Strong experience with functional sportswear (both woven and knitted)
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Willing to travel to supplier locations in the north of Vietnam
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage and drive a project
