As a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing), you will own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for some of the world’s leading apps. We are trusted by globally recognized brands such as Duolingo, The New York Times, and MyFitnessPal, alongside high-growth apps and digital subscription businesses across diverse markets. You'll help these companies grow by pairing data-driven strategy with creativity. You’ll explore new channels, test fresh angles, and turn insights into wins that matter.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for some of the world’s leading apps
  • Pair data-driven strategy with creativity
  • Explore new channels, test fresh angles, and turn insights into wins
  • Lead strategy, growth, and execution for clients
  • Take full ownership of business goals and long-term roadmaps (6-12 months)
  • Proactively follow up on targets and adjust strategy
  • Set the strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic
  • Lead cross-functional teams (growth, creative and analytics)
  • Own client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Guide partners through complex growth, measurement, and scaling decisions
  • Coach junior team members to master their channels
  • Team up with creatives to test bold hooks
  • Spot trends early and learn new tools fast

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience driving cross-channel growth for mobile apps
  • Experience developing high-performing strategies
  • Strong fluency in app measurement and attribution, including SKAN, MMPs, and incrementality testing methodologies
  • Ability to turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into stories clients can act on
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships with clients

Nice to have:

Previous in-house experience, giving you a first-hand understanding of business goals, product impact, and internal stakeholder dynamics
