We are looking for an experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role for candidates currently living in Budapest, with the ability to travel to Vienna two days per month.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
Review code and mentor junior developers
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Requirements:
Hold a university degree or equivalent technical qualification in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally within agile teams in complex, multi-division organizations
Possess deep understanding of web front-end development principles and modern application architecture
Be highly proficient with Angular (latest versions) and core front-end technologies including TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS
Demonstrate experience implementing front-end testing strategies, such as unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, with tools like Jest
Understand and apply software design patterns and enterprise design patterns, with attention to performance and maintainability
Be familiar with HTML semantics, accessibility standards, and internet security best practices
Have practical experience integrating with APIs and building scalable, maintainable web applications
Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for technical collaboration
Be comfortable working with the following technologies and frameworks: Angular, TypeScript, SCSS, Nx, reactive programming with RxJS, Web API/REST, and front-end testing frameworks
Nice to have:
Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Magnolia)
