As our Senior Ancillaries Lead, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of TUI Airline's ancillary products, ensuring they deliver value for both our customers and our business across our five airlines and multiple source markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end ancillary product strategy, from product development and pricing to bundling, merchandising and distribution across all channels
  • Drive innovation in our ancillary offerings, identifying new opportunities based on customer insight, market trends and operational feasibility, turning them into scalable commercial propositions
  • Lead cross-functional prioritisation of ancillary initiatives, establishing clear governance to align stakeholders and ensure resources deliver maximum value
  • Develop robust performance analytics, using data to track uptake, profitability and customer feedback to continuously refine our proposition
  • Integrate sustainability and customer-centricity into the ancillary roadmap, creating value propositions that reflect both our brand values and customer expectations
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of three, fostering a collaborative culture focused on innovation, delivery and value creation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing ancillary or commercial product portfolios, ideally within the travel, airline or broader mobility sector
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, with clear commercial accountability and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of pricing, merchandising and digital distribution channels and how they shape customer conversion and satisfaction
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen, able to interpret data, model commercial impact and use insight to shape decisions
  • Experienced in managing innovation pipelines, identifying, testing and scaling ideas based on both customer need and business potential
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders and shaping decision-making across multiple functions
