Job Description:

PagerDuty is hiring a Senior Anaplan Administrator to play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing Anaplan models to support business planning processes within the finance organization. The role involves collaborating with teams like FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations to provide technical support, build new models, and enhance existing systems for user-friendly experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement enhancements and new features to existing models based on user feedback and changing business needs
  • create visualizations and dashboards to automate and standardize recurring reports
  • translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan models
  • conduct regular model maintenance and ensure data integrity
  • identify and troubleshoot model issues, providing technical support and recommending solutions
  • develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • provide training to others as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous hands-on experience (2+ years) in Anaplan model building and end-to-end Anaplan deployment experience
  • strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, capabilities and limitations, complex formula logic as well as financial and business planning processes
  • experience with system design, testing, implementation, and end user support/training
  • ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
