Job Description:

We are seeking for a Senior Analytics consultant to work as analytics professional in the Home Lending Business Insights and Reporting team, delivering projects and reports as per business priorities. Candidates are expected to be technical experts in data analytics, insights, and reporting tools like Power BI, SQL, and MS Office, with sound knowledge of US Home Mortgage Origination/Servicing/Capital Markets.

Job Responsibility:

Work as technical expert in delivering high quality analysis, reports, and insights
deep dive into data and identify cause for variation in trends of key metrics
understand and articulate business requirements
deliver results underlining business problems
support data migrations
system transitions
data-mapping
data lineage
data reconciliation and documentation
support research and development of risk data-fields and meta-data
ensure adherence to data governance regulations
proactive root cause analysis and problem-solving

Requirements:

4+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent
proficiency in data manipulation tools like SQL
strong analytical skills
ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
familiarity with SAP BO and SSRs
certifications in BI Reporting tools Data Management or Data Engineering
understanding of business drivers and industry trends of lending products & home lending
detail oriented and multitasking ability
strong work ethic and team player

Nice to have:

experience in tools such as SAP BO
SSRS
Tableau
Alteryx
QlikSense
Python
Toad
certifications in BI Reporting tools Data Management or Data Engineering
