Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant on the Personal Lending Data, Analytics & Reporting Team.

Job Responsibility:

Bring an analytical mindset and generate data or insights working closely with multiple stakeholders across the Personal Lending line of business
Lead the development and generation of reporting and data based on requests received from various facets of business
Responsible for maintaining partner relationships, ensuring high quality team deliverables and SLAs
Working closely with US partners, interacting closely with multiple business partners anchor program managers
Designing and solving complex business problems by using analytical techniques and tools
Works with large data sets, both structured and unstructured, and from multiple sources
Will be involved directly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, data visualization and/or advance analytics
Use standard reporting and visualization tools including SAS/SQL, Teradata, SSIS/SSRS, Tableau, Power BI
Develop and maintain report and dashboard inventory
Engage with cross-functional experts to ensure solutions are business ready from risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectives
Strong ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of the product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product
Aptness for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environment
Ability to use empathy to understand customer and end user needs and translate into requirements

Requirements:

4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Work from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office)
3+ years of experience within Consumer Lending portfolio
Strong data and reporting skills
Knowledge of common reporting tool sets including SAS, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI

Nice to have:
