Senior Analytics Consultant

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges
• Perform data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
• Develop deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers
• Leverage solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
• Deliver actionable insights by performing advanced data analysis and leveraging AI/BI tools
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members
• Stay ahead of emerging trends by continuously integrating new AI technologies

• 4+ years of Analytics experience
• Proficiency in AI framework and tools adoption (e.g. python, copilot, gen AI)
• Data querying (SQL)
• Advanced analytics platforms (Alteryx, Power BI, SAS, tableau)
• Big data technologies (Hadoop, Dremio/Hive/PySpark)
• Cloud technologies (GCP, Azure)
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Proven organization, self-management, collaboration, leadership skills
• Experience with iterative development approach
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking
• Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse or data mart concepts
• Demonstrated expertise in Data mining, analysis and visualization of large financial datasets
• Knowledge of data privacy, risk and controls related to banking sector

Certification in SAS, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Power App
