Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant for Business Intelligence & Reporting team responsible for effective delivery of projects and reports. The role involves being a technical expert in data analytics, insights and reporting with value addition to projects.

Job Responsibility:

Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges
Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights
Lead or participate on large cross group projects
Mentor less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data analysis needs
Design and develop Power Apps/Automate workflows to automate data processes
Implement data validation and quality checks within Power Apps/Automate workflows
Optimize and enhance existing Power Apps/Automate workflows
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps/Automate workflows
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities
Document technical specifications, workflow designs, and data mappings

Requirements:

4+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Seasoned Expert in PowerApps Development with experience in M365 environment
Working Knowledge of analytics application like Power BI/Power Automate/Power Apps
Working knowledge of database tools like Oracle, MS SQL, Snowflake
Experience working with complex datasets using SQL
Experience with creating visualizations and dashboarding
Hands-on experience in ETL development using any ETL tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented, results driven, and can navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills

Nice to have:

Experience in tools such as Fabric, Python
Good to have certifications in BI Reporting tools Data Management, or Data Engineering
Working on python or any Data science tools will be added advantage
8-12 years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, software development or education
