Senior Analytics Consultant

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges
• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Develop deep understanding of technical systems and business processes
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers
• Assist in automating manual reports
• Optimize existing reports
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Support development of operational, governance, and compliance reports
• Help with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Assist in continuous improvement of reporting processes

• 4+ years of Analytics experience
• Experience in Analytics
• Proficient in Alteryx, Excel, and SQL
• Solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
