Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant who will serve as an integral part of the CFAT Team. This role will be responsible for delivering production reports that are distributed to employees supporting all levels of CBL operations, from executive leadership to WF employees and support partners. The role involves identifying opportunities to create automation and efficiencies with data processing, data architecture, and dataflow development across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver production reports distributed to employees supporting all levels of CBL operations
Identify opportunities to create automation and efficiencies with data processing, data architecture, and dataflow development
Responsible for reports and dashboards covering customer experience, activity, growth, and Performance P&L
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliver insight and decision strategies within analytics and reporting
Review and analyze moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models
Responsible for process production, data reconciliation, and model documentation
Resolve data, production, business modeling issues
Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology
Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff
Partner with cross enterprise risk analysts in development of common modeling strategies

Requirements:

4+ years of Risk Analytics experience
Lead the design and implementation of reports, dashboards, and data flows
Support simple to complex ad-hoc reporting requests
Manipulate and process large datasets using analytical and reporting features of multiple tools
Provide leadership in the identification and development of new reporting concepts and designs
Define requirements for and test data sources for reporting
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence projects throughout the entire lifecycle
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Leverage Alteryx and SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Teradata, Essbase and other enterprise systems
Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes
Establish and enforce data governance, security, and reporting standards
2+ years of Power BI Cloud experience
2+ years experience in PowerApps & Automate
Advanced level skills in data visualization tools
Experience with data querying tools such as SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SAS, Alteryx
In depth knowledge of Wells Fargo database environments (CBDW, C2T/MDSS, BMG, EIW)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong presentation skills – written and verbal
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to take apart existing processes to find the issue and build a new process to resolve it
Ability to create and execute on logical process flows
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proven success building and maintaining strong credible relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to partner closely with technology to drive the appropriate data solutions
