Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant

Job Responsibility

  • Consult, review, and research business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
  • Own regular data extract cadences, identifying automation opportunities where applicable
  • Perform analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Identify and integrate AI-driven automation for predictive risk modeling, automated incident response, and self-service service management
  • Resolve complex, ambiguous, and cross‑functional issues by identifying root causes and delivering practical short‑ and long‑term solutions
  • Operate with autonomy, exercising sound judgment to balance speed, rigor, and risk and determining when escalation is appropriate

Requirements

4+ years of Information Technology Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Proven experience in working on operational metrics such as reporting dashboard, capacity planning and forecasting, trends analysis and interpretation
