Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant in Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team. Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools. Perform complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Perform complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks
Update project logs
Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to projects
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with team, functional area, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends, and presentation design

Requirements:

4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Cash Vault experience
Inventory control experience
A combination of Outsource Cash Vault and inventory reporting experience
Experience manipulating data, trending reports and pivot tables and charts

Nice to have:

Cash Vault experience
Inventory control experience
A combination of Outsource Cash Vault and inventory reporting experience
Experience manipulating data, trending reports and pivot tables and charts
