Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines
  • Enable efficient and scalable analytics, reporting, and modeling
  • Support data governance processes by building and maintaining data dictionaries, setting up data quality measures and increasing automation
  • Ensure data quality and governance, and catalog data for ease of access to data while maintaining strict quality controls to support company responsibilities as a regulated bank
  • Analyze new data sources and work with stakeholders to integrate the data into existing data pipelines and models

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Science, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with data engineering
  • 2 years of experience performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • 2 years of experience with batching and streaming data pipelines
  • 2 years of experience developing and optimizing ETL pipelines
  • 2 years of experience using statistical modeling for valuation and prediction
  • 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis
  • 2 years of experience developing dashboards using Databricks and Tableau
  • 2 years of experience with machine learning projects
  • 2 years of experience with Agile development process
  • 2 years of experience with BigQuery, Confluence, Docker, Databricks workflow orchestration, Git, Google Cloud platform, Jira, Hive, Kubernetes, Linux, MongoDB, PHP, PySpark, Python, R, Spark, and SQL
