Senior Analyst

• Conduct thorough IT audits to evaluate system performance and compliance with governance standards
• Prepare and distribute detailed metrics reports on IT operations, including financial data and status updates
• Collaborate with project managers to enhance reporting capabilities and support strategic initiatives
• Analyze existing IT processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of systems like ServiceNow and S/4 Hana
• Provide detailed documentation and analysis for IT-related projects
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to improve efficiency
• Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of IT reporting and project documentation
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to maintain high-quality governance
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders

• Proven experience in business analysis and IT governance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system performance and data metrics
• Familiarity with systems such as ServiceNow and S/4 Hana is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation and reports
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings
• Capable of identifying gaps in processes and recommending actionable solutions
