Senior Analyst

• update, manage, and build complex reports, pivot tables to support the management of pipeline/forecasting workbooks
• create analytical models to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and calculate the effectiveness of sales strategies
• track and interpret sales data plus generate actionable insights
• create clear PowerPoint presentations effectively conveying complex data and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders
• leverage Salesforce and other Sales Enablement tools for data updates, collection, analysis, and reporting
• translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the sales teams
• identify sales inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve performance

• 3+ years previous work experience in sales analytics
• strong data analysis and reporting skills
• advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
• proficiency in PowerPoint
• strong problem-solving abilities
• excellent communication skills
• effective multi-tasking and organization skills with the ability to deliver timely work
• team player mentality and abilities to work well with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment
