Job Description:

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices
Microsoft MCSA /MCSE or MCITP / MCTS certified
Good understanding of ITIL V3 Concepts
Good understanding of application packaging
Good understanding of application lifecycle management
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
Experience in managing 3rd party service providers
Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills
Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline
Customer-service-oriented approach
Desktop Infrastructure (Good knowledge in Application packaging, Windows 11, MS office 365, PowerShell, Intune, GPO)
Knowledge on Cloud VDI, Powershell scripting
Windows Server (Intermediate knowledge in Windows server, Active directory, Exchange server, Group policy and App-v)
Knowledge of tools and technologies SharePoint, Intune(Must have), ServiceNow, Azure AD

Nice to have:

Excellent Knowledge in Windows Operating System
Good understanding about VDI infrastructure and Intune
Good to understand of application packaging
Basic understanding of C#
