Job Description:

Join HSBC as a Senior Analyst Wholesale Servicing Operations (GSC Cairo) to perform key operational and customer service responsibilities while adhering to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing WCAS processes, improving productivity, and supporting customer service. You will need strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills to succeed in this hybrid role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant WCAS processes
  • ensure process requirements are met and completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
  • work independently and complete assigned tasks in established timeframes
  • ensure productivity, sales, and quality levels are achieved as per process standards
  • demonstrate ways to improve customer service, productivity, and sales
  • assist line manager/supervisor with day-to-day operations
  • support peers on process if needed
  • participate in team meetings and activities
  • support achievement of team objectives
  • foster/coach and assist development of co-workers and CSEs
  • proactively identify and escalate issues
  • provide service to customers by performing QCs on processed customer demands
  • demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits, and procedures
  • maintain HSBC internal and external control standards.
