The Supply Chain Strategy Analyst will support Aptiv's global supply chain organization by providing analytical insights, assisting with strategic initiatives, and contributing to operational improvement projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional early in their career who is eager to learn and make an impact across logistics, category management, and business unit support. The Analyst will collaborate with global SCM teams and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews (MBRs, QBRs)
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance across supply chain functions
Assist in developing and executing supply chain strategies across categories, logistics, and production control
Support business units in cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives
Contribute to annual business planning and long-term supply chain projects through data-driven analysis
Partner with logistics teams to analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution performance
Support category management activities, including supplier analysis and cost reduction programs
Monitor global supply chain trends and provide recommendations to enhance resilience and competitiveness
Assist in managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Maintain project documentation and support stakeholder communication
Contribute to integration efforts for new acquisitions into Aptiv's supply chain network
Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and business units to ensure alignment
Support internal communication strategies for supply chain initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Basic understanding of financial analysis and cost modeling
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer, now, or at any time in the future
