The Revenue Operations team at Sportradar sits at the center of our growth engine. We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to translate data into strategic direction — shaping how we plan revenue, forecast performance, and bring our products to market. We thrive on collaboration, analytical rigor, and turning complexity into clarity for commercial leadership. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping Sportradar's commercial strategy. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution, where your work directly informs go-to-market decisions, revenue forecasts, and investment priorities. You will own and evolve the revenue models and analytical frameworks used across core product lines. From building dynamic forecasting and pipeline models to supporting complex deal structures, you'll translate complex data into insights senior leaders rely on. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building scalable analytics from the ground up, and partnering closely with commercial leaders to drive growth.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze global sales performance to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities that inform commercial strategy and leadership decisions
Evaluate pipeline health, conversion patterns, deal velocity, and funnel leakage to improve forecast accuracy and sales execution

Lead root-cause analyses and clearly articulate 'what changed and why' to senior stakeholders
Act as a trusted analytics partner to Sales and GTM leaders, enabling consistent, data-driven decision-making
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, hypothesis-driven analyses with clear recommendations
Analyze sales motions, win/loss drivers, deal pacing, and execution effectiveness to inform strategic adjustments
Support Annual Operating Plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning by assessing pipeline sufficiency, performance trends, and revenue risk.

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, Consulting, Strategy, or another highly analytical role
