Within Mastercard’s Services organization, the Client Services (CS) organization is responsible for delivering our various products and solutions to clients. The Client Services Strategy and Operations group (S&O) aims at constantly improving the overall efficiency of Client Services, delivering key insights and enabling efficiencies. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Analyst, Strategic Advisory – Capacity & Growth to support our capacity planning and management agenda across Mastercard Services. Reporting directly to the SVP, Strategic Advisory – Capacity & Growth, this role will act as the overarching PMO and “chief of process” for capacity planning & management, ensuring rigor, coordination, and timely execution across Product, Regional, and Capability teams, working with business partners.
Job Responsibility:
Own the day to day PMO of the capacity planning and management process, ensuring clear timelines, inputs, dependencies, and decision points across Product, Regional, and Capability teams
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and validate inputs (demand assumptions, capacity drivers, scenarios, risks)
Drive process discipline and rigor, proactively tracking progress, managing delays, escalating issues, and ensuring commitments are met
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses, working closely with the capability team to structure inputs and outputs in a consistent, decision ready way
Prepare high quality analyses, materials, and executive ready presentations to support strategic discussions, leadership reviews, and investment decisions
Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, deep dives, and priority topics, helping create leverage as leadership is pulled into multiple workstreams
Continuously improve tools, templates, and ways of working to increase efficiency, clarity, and repeatability of capacity planning processes
Requirements:
Strong academic background with experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
Demonstrated project management and PMO capabilities, with the ability to manage complex, cross functional processes end to end
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with high comfort working with numbers, assumptions, and scenarios
Ability to structure ambiguity, bring clarity, and translate complex inputs into clear outputs and recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
able to work effectively across seniority levels and functions
Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data
experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Airtable is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, evolving environment without losing rigor or quality
