Job Description:

The Store Experience Print Production Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production processes of in-store signage projects. The role includes print production deliverables, project management, vendor management, budget oversight, and process improvement. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of signage projects to enhance the customer experience in CVS Health's retail stores.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own all print production deliverables, including but not limited to: recommending sign substrates/printing methods based on project scope and complexity, securing timely and cost-effective estimates, generating part numbers with accurate sign specifications, reviewing printer proofs, creating store checklists (installation guides), and managing the on-time asset delivery with key stakeholders
  • develop and manage print production/project schedules for key bodies of work, identifying timing efficiencies and proactively finding solutions to potential production risks
  • facilitate pre-production and sign handoff meetings between Agency and Printer partners
  • be the main point of contact for vendor partners, establishing and building strong relationships
  • manage production estimates and POs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
  • identify areas for process improvement within the print production workflow, implementing best practices and efficiencies to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in print production and/or project management, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment

Nice to have:

  • Strong knowledge of print industry standards, processes, and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • proven track record of fostering and managing vendor relationships
  • familiarity with the in-store retail environment
  • experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • strong PC knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
