Job Description:

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will support the Prescriber Sales Team as a key resource in driving the success of critical Sales Operations deliverables within the Specialty Pharmacy business unit. This role will provide day-to-day and strategic support for both the inside and outside sales teams, enabling them to work more efficiently and meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams. In addition to executing existing processes, this individual will play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enhance overall team performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate distribution of fax and email campaigns for Prescriber Sales and external stakeholders using OpenText and Marketo platforms
  • Ensure TCPA and Brand Compliance approvals are secured and Corporate Do Not Call (DNC) lists are honored
  • Share post-campaign analytics including success/failure stats, track outcomes in shared database, and ensure campaign data is properly logged in Salesforce
  • Maintain an organized archive of all blast communications and corresponding target lists
  • Track new drug and indication announcements and participate in New Drug Launch calls to identify opportunities relevant to Prescriber Sales
  • Support Prescriber Sales Directors in the development of launch strategies, messaging, and assets (e.g., fax/email communications, internal team briefings, Salesforce Chatter updates)
  • Collaborate with field sales leadership, Corporate Events, Legal, and Community Relations to manage event check requests
  • Obtain necessary compliance and management approvals and submit payment requests to Accounts Payable
  • Maintain and update event status and budget tracking spreadsheets
  • Create and distribute training tools and process documentation to guide the Prescriber Sales team in event-related activities
  • Manage relationship with external vendor to aggregate patient reviews for specialty pharmacies. This includes pulling and analyzing regular reports to identify key insights and distributing findings to relevant stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison to ensure Rio is utilized effectively across the business
  • Collaborate with Marketing to regularly review, update, and maintain specialty patient-facing marketing materials, including the new patient welcome guide. Act as the central point of contact to coordinate input and feedback from stakeholders such as Compliance, Clinical, Sales, and Legal, ensuring all content is accurate, aligned, and approved
  • Provide ad hoc marketing operations support as needed. This may include special projects, content reviews, data management, or assistance with marketing collateral development and distribution
  • Author and distribute Specialty Prescriber Sales Newsletter by identifying timely topics, gathering input from key contributors, and managing formatting and distribution
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • facilitate meetings to train and update the Sales team on process changes and best practices
  • Monitor and triage incoming messages to the Specialty Provider mailbox, address inquiries or route appropriately
  • Assist with the execution of our new strategy aimed at enhancing physician experience and patient advocacy efforts by collaborating with Sales Ops and Physician Experience leadership, as well as SMEs from Marketing, Reporting and other areas, as needed
  • Serve as backup support for fellow Sales Ops Senior Analysts, including monitoring and responding to cases in the Salesforce queue and pulling reports, as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in health care, insurance, pharmacy/PBM, project management, sales/sales operations, or a related field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and web-based meeting tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
