Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Reporting & Insights – Provider Experience will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations. This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights. A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes
  • Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects to generate evidence-based insights
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols
  • Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish clear metrics for measuring project success
  • Help develop project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years work experience with business Intelligence tools
  • Experience working in data analytics in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

Nice to have:

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku), and programming languages (e.g., Python)
  • Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA
  • specialized training/relevant professional qualification
