Senior Analyst, Quality Management

• Leads management of the quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics function to help internal teams draw meaningful conclusions
• Conducts thorough literature reviews to understand the current state of quality initiatives
• Designs and implements dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or other systems
• Determines best approaches to define data models, statistical methods, and data reporting
• Converts results of data analysis into meaningful business information
• Performs quantitative and qualitative data analysis to strategize and achieve operational targets for NCQA HEDIS and Medicare Stars
• Provide analysis support for PIP reports to regulators

• At least 5 years experience in managed care, hospital, or similar healthcare environment
• Must have statistical analysis skills and able to analyze and interpret data
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as Tableau and/or PowerBI or similar dashboarding software
• Must be articulate and able to communicate to multiple internal and external stakeholders
