Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Project Management will support the Minnesota Medicare market with coordination and management of key projects in support of operational excellence for the Allina Health | Aetna Medicare plan. Responsibilities include facilitating project teams, prioritizing work, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, operational implementations, reporting, enhancing member experience, and retention.

Job Responsibility:

Organizing/facilitating project plans and meetings, driving outcomes within expected timelines
Preparing and presenting status reports to key business leaders including senior leaders
Assisting with documentation of work instructions
Participating in quality assurance of member materials
Tracking and submitting seasonal updates to the website
Reporting results monthly and on an ad hoc basis
Supporting the member retention team with analytics and reporting to identify and evaluate opportunities for member experience improvement
Maintaining and tracking updates to strategic initiative and operational plans including annual enrollment readiness plan throughout the year

Requirements:

1-3 years of Project management experience
Data management and analysis skills
Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Nice to have:

Experience with Quickbase, Sharepoint, Teams, and Powerpoint
Experience in the healthcare industry, especially Medicare
Background in customer service-oriented industry
Project management certification
