Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Product Finance to join product finance and based in Singapore. The role will partner with product, strategy, and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency, deliver data-driven financial insights and support our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate is expected to excel in fast-paced and high pressure environments, possess a solid accounting background, and be passionate about utilizing systematic solutions and AI to drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the development of system solutions for margin analysis
  • perform initial data deep-dives to investigate discrepancies and provide insights into commercial performance
  • Work closely with the team on new product launches, helping to document data requirements and testing accounting flows to ensure reporting accuracy from day one
  • Work closely with Finance Platforms and Product teams to track cost-saving initiatives and gather data to support business cases
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automated solutions
  • maintain meticulous project trackers to ensure all operational improvements reach the finish line
  • Actively participate in a high-performance culture, supporting senior team members on complex projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes
  • Tackle complex product-finance issues with a high level of detail, performing root-cause analysis and suggesting professional, data-backed solutions
  • Maintain the "source of truth" by upholding the absolute accuracy and integrity of financial data, documentation, and audit trails
  • Demonstrate agility by managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment

Requirements

  • Robust accounting knowledge
  • familiar with IFRS and US GAAP standards
  • Proven experience driving the adoption of systematic or AI-driven solutions in a finance context
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Chinese
  • Strong data analysis and programming skills are preferred
